At Tribunal in 2015, I was awarded points for Standard Mobility as I can't travel without being accompanied. I included a copy of the tribunal statement in my latest PIP application. The facts are no difference since 2015. My Award in December 2017 does not refer to this previous entitlement and I have been given 4 points as I'm currently struggling to walk.
I'm waiting for the report but I wondered if I should contest the award because of what the tribunal gave me. My latest award has increased for the daily care from Standard to Enhanced but again because of my temporary walking problem. If it is reviewed in a year's time, I might lose the enhanced status and then not have the mobility that the Tribunal gave me. Can I write and point this out or does that qualify as a request for MR?
Thanks

The DWP will only re-visit their Decision if an MR is requested, they will not reconsider it just because you ask them to take account of your previous Tribunal result, they will either ignore your letter or treat it as a request for an MR!
So if you do not want an MR then I would not contact them and just accept the award that has been given, If you do want an MR, please be aware that they will assess your claim from scratch so it is possible, although unlikely, that they will reduced your Daily Living award.

If they decided to review me in six months or a year's time - would they look at all of my health again then? Because I could then ensure that my evidence for the mobility was stronger and more linked to the fact I don't go anywhere without be accompanied. I don't want to rattle their cage unnecessarily.

I would expect you to be reassessed a year in advance of your current award ending unless the award was for less than two years when it is more likely to be 13 weeks before it's end.
When you are next reviewed, the Decision will be based on your health and limitations as they are at that time although some reference to your previous issues may be included in the review, depending on the form that is issued.
