Phone the Assessment Provider for an update on whether you will be required to have a face to face assessment.

Unsure what to do now?
I'm afraid all you can do is wait fro the report to be sent, however, to be afraid to chase them again next week.

Its 14 weeks since I sent my PIP Form in, I made a Complaint and a Case Manager rang me this morning to confirm Capita have not sent them my report, Case Manager confirmed he has now asked for this to be sent and DWP should receive it within the next few days, so I am still no further with my PIP Claim what a disgrace

Given the timescale there is a chance that the report has been lost or was never produced in the first place, so this may mean a new assessment will be required,
