New Claim to prove ATOS lies??

Hi.

I was wondering if anyone had any experience of re-applying for PIP due to the lies made by the ATOS assessor hampering any MR/Tribunal progress.

I applied last May, had F2F in July, awarded 2 points due to the incorrect reporting and blatant lies by ATOS. Put in a MR straight away, (that means nothing - basically a waste of time as everyone knows). Made a complaint to ATOS - same contradictions and lies made by them. Appealed and awaiting Tribunal still. This is disgraceful also as apparently the Judge has no time limit on granting an urgent appeal. Urgent obviously means something different to the Tribunal Service. Mental health deteriorating fast. Provided endless professional and medical evidence against the few paragraphs of lies and inaccuracies done within an assessment that did not follow guidelines whatsoever. The thing is, after months and months of this, as others probably understand with severe mental health problems, I just cannot see a way out when it appears that an ATOS report goes against every ounce of medical evidence you provide. Now, even the Tribunal Service are failing me. So what I need to know if if anyone has had any experience of re-applying (with even more evidence since the original claim), having an independent witness and recording equipment at any subsequent F2F so that the lies and whole way the interview is conducted can be presented at any further tribunal? Honestly, I cannot go on with this much more, Im starting to feel I would rather be on the streets with no money than keep battling with this. If the word of some inexperienced, unknowledgeable, lying worker for nothing more than an IT company intent on meeting government targets is worth more than numerous medical professionals and fully detailed reasons on why I meet the descriptors then what is the point on making yourself so ill that you feel constantly in despair?

So they will not automatically dismiss the claim should the tribunal go with the ATOS worker rather than my medical professionals? I would want to start from scratch and like I said, record the F2F because its a disgrace how they are getting away with telling lies because its their word against yours at the end of the day, and I'm sorry but I am losing faith in justice and the truth prevailing.
