Court date arrival was created by Amanda w
Today I have received my date for the court. I have been waiting since October. Now I feel I’ve forgotten everything, and don’t know what to do at the court.

Did you send in a submission in support of your claim?

If you have received notice of your hearing then you only have a short period in which to send anything to the Tribunal Service, it must be with them no later than seven days before the hearing.
If there is still time then I would encourage you do to do so.
Even if there is not time I would encourage you to put some notes together for your own assistance, awards are made by the claimant showing that you meet the criteria, so I would concentrate on this first. Issues with the assessment report can be important but they are unlikely to result in the Decision being overturned
There's a sample appeal submission in the Submissions PDF in the PIP area that might give you some structure and ideas as to what to include.
