You can but it must be relevant to the time of the Decision and you were limited at that time.

Although they used the shortened form this was still a full review of your claim. so any new evidence needs to be relevant to the date that this new Decision was made.
By limited I mean the limitations, as at the date of the latest Decision, that prevent you completing the PIP activities,

I've just seen a question you asked me from some days ago. So sorry about that. I didn't put any info in apart from one of the boxes where I had ticked that my symptoms had got worse where I just put a bit of info. To be honest I don't think whatever I had done would have made any difference. I hope you managed to complete your form ok. It's so hard not to worry isn't it and it takes so much energy. Take care.
