Hi
I’ve just had my ESA re assessed and they’ve put me in the support group for another year. However, as I have a life threatening condition which won’t improve I think I should be put in the SG indefinitely. How can I ask them to extend my time in the SG?

I'm afraid this is not an appealable Decision.
If the Decision was made in the last month of so then the DWP had the option of excusing you from further assessment, if this did not happen then you cannot take the matter further, not be excused now does not mean that you cannot be excused in the future following a new assessment.

Thanks for the reply Gordon
Is it possible to ask that my reassessment time be longer than a year as my condition isn’t going to change?
Is it possible that in a year someone might look at my case and decide not to reassessment then? As sometimes years go by despite being supposed to be reassessed ages before?

ESA is an indefinite award with regular assessment defined by an administrative process, so again the time between assessment is not an appealable Decision.
It is possible that in a years time your reassessment may be deferred, it has certainly happened before, it is also possible the DWP can assess a claim without referring back to the claimant, members have reported this happening to them.
However, the more you were "assessed" this time the less likely these things are to occur next time, especially if you had a face to face interview and the more likely it is that they will repeat the procedure they used this time.
