Hi I have been awarded enhanced mobility and am keen to get a vehicle. However, I think I will be asking for a MR on daily living.
That may include going to tribunal. Can I go ahead and start the process for ordering a vehicle now or do I need to wait for outcome of MR and or tribunal?

In principle there is nothing stopping you placing an order as you have a qualifying award, however, an MR can reduce the points awarded although this happens very infrequently.
You have several options;
- contact Motability for their view - wait for the MR to end, if you go onto to appeal then the Judge of your hearing will need to inform you if there is any risk of your existing award being reduced, so that you can withdraw your appeal. - risk it in the hope that either the Mobility if not changed or that the MR is completed before you are committed to the lease.
