procedure following tribunal was created by merlin
the dwp came in a 1yr before my claim was due to end and stopped my benefits, the court decided that my benefits should not have been stopped, the end date of my last claim
has passed do i have to go through a renew claim from that date or will they insist on a new claim being made without connection with my old claim

If the Tribunal panel re-instated you original award rather than making anew award, then it will end as originally set, if you have not been notified by the DWP 13 weeks before the end date, of a reassessment then I would contact the PIP claim line and make a new claim yourself.
