Children's DLA - comparisons to a normal child of

Can anyone help me to find a source that shows what a child of the same age without disabilities should be able to achieve - e.g. When they are out and about walking by roads unsupervised etc. My Grandson is 7 years old and has been diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Dyspraxia an other development disorders. I am finding it difficult to describe how his behavior differs to a normal child as I am not sure what they can or can't do compared to my Grandson. This makes it difficult to fill out parts of the claim form
