Income related top up and free dental treatment qu

Hi I have an urgent question. My son has to go to the dentist (transplant team have requested this as part of his eligibility for getting on the waiting list). He is in ESA contribution based with income related top up (in support group). We gave been told that in contribution based ESA he is not entirled to free nhs dentale treatment. But as he now receives the income related top up... Does this mean he can now claim free dental treatment. His appointment is tomorrow so I hope someone can shed light on this before I get himinto trouble by telling the dentist he is entitled to free treatment.

Hi, When he 1st claimed it was for contribution based. His statement says contribution based with income related top up. He is also in support group.

Does this mean he can't get free dental treatment? I was under the impression he could as he is on the income related top up. Really need to know if this is the case as I don't want to get him into trouble.
