Jane52 wrote: Reading Example 5 in your safety and supervision write up for pip and how nothing changes do you know how the rationale for scoring no points under planning and following journeys is being reached due to traffic lights as a)there may be no such traffic lights (certainly on the smaller roads, which can also be busy there are not); b)collapses can happen at traffic lights into main road, or start to cross traffic lights out of a seizure and go into a seizure whilst crossing, often a number of traffic lights before reaching other side of roads; seizures do not just occur at traffic light points; can and do occur when crossing smaller roads. Is this a valid argument or do the DWP have a way round this argument with the traffic light argument. Many thanks Jane
Forgive me but you do not explain the relevance of the traffic lights or indeed there absence so I'm not sure what point you are trying to make? If you are at risk of suffering a seizure when out why is the risk different when crossing the road from just walking around?
