ESA face to face assessment today

Hi just had my face to face assessment for ESA today. The nurse I had was very nice ( I realise that this goes for nothing), however she told me she was only basing my claim on my ME symptoms although I have had severe Mental Health problems too. She asked me very little about anything really and was wondering if I should be concerned about this?

Ring and ask for a copy of your medical report. You don’t have to wait for the decision to request this and if the decision isn’t on your about and they have ignored the mental health stuff on your form you will already have it if needed.

Thank you so much for your replies, the nurse I saw today said she didn't want to keep me any longer than necessary as I was quite distresses even before leaving the house, she just wanted to clarify how the ME affected me on a daily basis, My husband seems to think this was a positive thing, but having heard many similar stories with unfavourable outcomes I am not very optimistic. What I would like to ask is, should the outcome be against me could I use that if I have to ask for a Mandatory reconsideration.
