Hi
My boyfriend had his assessment at home on Monday. He has just received a message today stating they have received the report.and will be intouch..is this normal to get message and that quick because ive never known anyone to get message.it's nomally just a letter a couple of weeks later saying if you have been awarded or not..It's just he is due payment too this week

This is a standard letter sent out when the DWP receive the assessment report, usually if there has been a delay in receiving it.
The next stage is for a Decision to be made.

The message was received 2 days after assessment.assessment was Monday and he got message Wednesday..so would he be able to request report now,before decision is made.or would he have to wait until decision is made.

Providing you are not in Northern Ireland where there appear to be problems, then you should be able to request a copy of the report by contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim.
