Pip assessment

My boyfriend had his assessment at home on Monday. He has just received a message today stating they have received the report.and will be intouch..is this normal to get message and that quick because ive never known anyone to get message.it's nomally just a letter a couple of weeks later saying if you have been awarded or not..It's just he is due payment too this week

This is a standard letter sent out when the DWP receive the assessment report, usually if there has been a delay in receiving it.
The next stage is for a Decision to be made.

Providing you are not in Northern Ireland where there appear to be problems, then you should be able to request a copy of the report by contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim.
