I think the DWP claim a revision rate of up to 30% but they don't qualify what Decision that includes, we don't see anything near that figure on the forum, with a figure of 5%-10%
Part of the reason for the difference I suspect is the level of detail that B&W members usually include in their claim. If you have done a poor job explaining your problems then just supplying a new piece of evidence may persuade the DM to change their minds, whereas it may take a lot more than this if your original response was very detailed.
