Doctors Letter was created by Margaret
Hi . Just rang my doctors for a report to attach to my PIP review form 1043, and the doctors receptionist told me that the doctors are not doing any reports or letters for it she told me to contact Citizens Advice. do I have to have one or will they go on the report I sent them when my claim for DLA started.

I'm afraid you can't rely on the DWP sourcing any information for your claim, so you need t o include anything that you have access to. Your DLA report may help but the criteria for DLA and PIP are very different so it may not be of value.
It's worth checking if your GP would be willing to do a report if you paid for it, assuming you can afford to do so, but make sure you understand what you are getting before you part with any money.
Also you can request a copy of your medical records which may contain letters from any Consultant you have seen and copies of reports.

I was in the same position, so I paid £50 at the docs and got copies of my medical records. Went through them and included anything of relivence. I think it was worth doing . My ib to esa went through just on paper no face to face.( I sent in 40 pigs of medical evidence from my med records ) just doing the same now for my dla to pip transfer,( just started not sent form in yet)
Good luck Margaret .
