Hello Everyone
I received my ESA50 through the post today, Just going through a guide on here it is completely different to the ESA50 form i have, i mean there is no multiple choice questions, it is either tick yes or no then give details. Do you not have the updated version?

Welcome to Benefits and Work
In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ
My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
AS far as I am aware the latest version of the ESA50 is dated 04/17 and is covered by our guides, can you give a specific example of the differences?

Unless you can give me a specific example of where there are differences I can't really help.
