I really have a hard time taking information in but my story was made final yesterday. 12 months ago after having face to face and then MR got 0 points. But yesterday at my esa tribunal gave 27 points. 15C 6 points for getting about. 16c 6 points coping with social engament due to connective impairment or mental disorder and 17b 15 points for appropriate of behaviour with other people due to connective impairment or mental disorder.
I'm reading all this on the tribunal letter.
With this decision would I be put back into work group or placed into support group?
I'm afraid 17b only places you in the WRAG you would need to have met 17a for the Support Group. The differences is frequent uncontrollable episodes versus daily uncontrollable episodes.
