PIP Review was created by shandy
Hi,
I was given the pip in June 2016 until March 2019. I have terminal cancer and was given enhanced mobility and care and I am in the support group of Esa. My cancer has been in partial remission for 9 years, however my cancer reading are on the rise again now, It appears my partial remission status in changing. I have a consultants meeting on 5th April and I will ask for a letter to send with my review, but the form is due back by the17th and I am afraid I might miss the date whilst waiting for the letter. If I tell the dwp of the change in my cancer reading would this trigger a change of circumstance as at the moment I believe I am on watch and wait with the cancer.
thanks

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

If you have already received a Review form then your telling them about the cancer getting worse again will not be a separate Change, it will be included in this reassessment.

Thank you for your help Gordon, I have asked both my consultant and GP for a letter to help in my claim.
