The waiting time for an appeal hearing is in no way a refection of the likelihood of that appeal being successful of not.

The TS operate a first in, first out process but different benefits will have different queues, as will administrative versus entitlement appeals, short notice appeals will be done sooner as will Paper ones.

I have ME, hypothyroidism, depression and SAD, asthma and cardiac arrhythmias.
At appeal, I was awarded high rate care and standard mobility.
I have recently been reassessed for ESA and been given an ongoing award.
My advice is present yourself exactly as you are, be honest and tell the Court what you have already told the DWP.
And good luck.
