PIP Review and moving house. was created by LadyLuna
I know I have touched on this before. I currently receive ESA Support Group CB and PIP Standard Daily and Enhanced Mobility.
My PIP award was til April 2019 but I have spoken to DWP and they have told me it's up for renewal on 4th April this year and they will be sending a form out next week.
Nothing has changed. I have had some other physical issues but in general nothing has improved or generally declined. I had explained at the PIP f2f that I was supposed to be going to a pain management group. However when I finally heard from them they kept ringing me asking questions about whether I was suicidal or not. They are a company that deals with mental health issues and I could not get to speak to anyone about pain management and so that broke down.
This was the main reason the assessor only awarded 2 years as she felt my pain and mobility would definitely improve.
Because I am moving, I need to get as much information from the Dr next week as possible. I am going to create a daily diary to explain the pain and issues I have.
We don't actually have anywhere yet confirmed to move to, but if the place we hope to get comes up, we will be moving from a house to a chalet bungalow with a downstairs bedroom.
Sorry there is so much info but I am getting panic attacks over this as it will affect the whole moving process if I lose it.
Also, how long on average does the review process take?
Many thanks.

Forgive me but I am not sure what additional information you are asking for.

I am so sorry Gordon. I have been so utterly stressed I forgot to look at the reply on that thread.
