I'm not sure when my next PIP review will be. It is due till 2019 after an appeal last review. I am unsure if they will do it a year ahead or not. Any thoughts on whether it is possible to ask them about a review date? Or could that prompt them to start the process. Feel a bit stressed at not knowing when to expect it. many thanks

Where the award was made by a Tribunal there is no clear answer I'm afraid.
Most likely it will be a year in advance of the end date of the award, if that does not happen then the next date is 3 months before the end and finally a small number of awards will not be renewed and the claimant has to start a new claim themselves, however this can still be done before the end of the existing award.
I'm not aware of anybody contacting the DWP for the information, it must be held on their systems to trigger the reassessment, but I'm not sure whether it is accessible by the staff on the PIP Help Line.
Calling the DWP will not initiate a reassessment.
