Hi all, Ive just had my enchanced rate of daily living taken away completly. I have read the report and it seems the factual report that my gp supplied to capita has not even been mentioned in the report, it isnt even listed as evidence that has been considered. The evidence my gp supplied reported about my suicide attempts and the treatment that im receiving.
Just wondering the fact that Capita HP did not included this evidence in his report, how much weight it will carry if I appeal.
