Letter: making a claim as part of a couple.

Hi,

My partner received a letter from HMRC about tax credits, asking her to consider a change in her circumstances.

She's claiming as a single parent.

I spend a few nights at her place. So they're asking if she should be claiming as a couple.

Even though I have my own place, my own bank and my own GP all registered at my place.

I'm just registered as a driver on her car, not the main driver etc.

I don't think we need to inform them of a change, what do you think?
