Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

You really need to get face to face advice, do an internet search for welfare advice with your postcode, town or county,
Is this just an interview or an Interview Under Caution? If the latter then you should take legal advice.
Is the person living with you currently? Do they have a rent book and a tenancy agreement?

Hi, a few months ago, I had the same letter drop onto my doormat. It was a complete shock as I hadn't done anything wrong. I wouldn't go to the interview without a solicitor, as I've heard how intimidating these interviews can be. I'm so glad I did, as they try to twist your words. A month ago I received a letter from the DWP stating they had dropped the case.
