Hello, I'm new to this forum. I receive ESA contributory in the support group and DLA. I recently moved to another private tenancy, and when I phoned ESA to tell them my new address, they said that due to a court ruling, people who were moved from incapacity benefit to contributory ESA should have been assessed for an income related disability premium, but were not. I have been sent form ESA3 to complete to assess my income. My concern is that the form says not to complete if you're on contributory ESA and I don't want to be flagged up for another ESA assessment, Is it correct that I should be filling in form ESA3 to receive backdated disability premium I never received? Thanks
