Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is
Welcome to Benefits and Work
In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ
My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
If this is the first reassessment you have received then you have been lucky as the usual maximum period is three years.
This is a full reassessment of your claim, treat it as a new claim and complete the form in detail, providing evidence as you can. Depending on when you were actually last assessed there may have been changes to the ESA Descriptors and there certainly have been many changes to the DWP guidance, so make sure you use the current ESA Claim guides to help you complete the form.

No it's not PIP if you have received a Capability for Work questionaire.
DLA claimants are being chosen at random to be invited to claim PIP, so you could receive a letter tomorrow or next year.
