How did you fill in your PIP form was created by Bobajob
One of the big problems i have had in the past (DLA etc) is filling in the forms the right way, by this i mean giving them all the right and relevant information, for example when they ask a question and use the term "assistance" i have never really known what exactly this means, well having come across pipinfo.net from Gordon it has become a wee bit clearer.
When you got your form in the post, how did you fill it in?
I mean did you do one answer at a time and check with certain sites how to answer the question using their terms, did you do it one page at a time etc etc
I'm asking these questions because for me i have MAJOR issues concentrating for more than 15 minutes at a time, from my understanding you are given 2 weeks and can ask for another 2 week extension, but if I’m honest if these forms are like DLA then 4 weeks may be an issue for me, i know i could ask CAB to help but i want to make sure i get everything in.
Any help or tips for filling the form in to get it done in time would be welcome.

You have four week to complete the form although this includes postage so in practical terms it will be less than three, you can request a two week extension.
I would break to work down into manageable amounts, start by writing a sentence about your problems (not on the form) for each activity and then expand it to a paragraph and then a couple of paragraphs, etc.
There's a formula for explaining your problems in the PIP Claim guide which will give your answer structure and also make it easier to answer the questions.
