Hi. I was awarded enhanced care and enhanced mobility from Dec 2015 until April 2019 but this week have received a form to fill in of app 20 pages for a review. It tells me if I don't return it by 8 may then my money stops. Is this normal or even legal.
Hello Pam, It is now common for the DWP to reassess PIP claims a year ahead of their end date. This is to allow time for the process to hopefully to be completed by the end of the current award. However any new decision is effective from the date the decision is made not the current award end date. It is important that you return the review forms by the date stated,

They are all completed and accompanying evidence printed etc. It will be going by special delivery on Wednesday to arrive by 1pm Thursday. More stress and worry..
