You can ask for your current award to be reassessed but there is no point your doing this unless you can reasonably meet the criteria for the Support Group (see the ESA Claim guides), as your ESA(CB) will only be reinstated if you are awarded this.
If you decide to go down this route then write to the DWP office dealing with your request and send it by a tracked post so that you have proof of delivery.
