which it was, if a claimant can correctly explain that the report is inacurate, the recording really has to be listened to if need be to verify.
I'd have thought this should be mandatory, otherwise what is the point of providing an extra recording for the DWP in the first place?

I don't disagree with you but the reality is that a Decision Maker will not review the recording.
