Hi. I’m filling out my form. My problem is I have no past doctor or specialist letters.. they have all been lost or mislayed through moving. I have contacted my Doctor for copies of letters they have and been told all their files are off site being digitised. They are expecting them soon... but can’t say when. I can’t get an appointment to my doctor for 4 weeks, so can’t see her till way after my pip form needs to be returned. Should I ask for an extension until I get these letters? Can I send the form back without the specialist letters? Worried now... Thanks

Yes, I would ask for an extension but if the files are still not available then make sure the form is returned by the new date, you can always send in the letters as soon as you can.
