Hi, i am awaiting a mandatory recon for my PIP. that i sent in over a month ago. Since then, I have won my ESA mandatory recon (thanks to yourselves) & been placed into the support group under regulation 35 as """being found capable of work or work related activity could result in a substantial risk of exacerbating your mental health""" Is it worth sending in this to PIP? Would this help or hinder my PIP reconsideration if I sent them this info??? Thanks
It can't do any harm but Regulation 35 is about a substantial risk of harm is required to do work-related activity. there is no equivalent to this in PIP.
