Now I have a court date after waiting 41 weeks, does anyone have any advice? as I will be representing myself and my partner/career is my witness if you like.
Make sure you understand the legally defined Descriptors you are trying to meet and how you meet them.
Be patient with the panel, their questioning will be robust but they are not your enemies.
Make sure you understand the question being asked before you attempt to answer it, if you don't then ask.
Prepare a list of bullet points that you think are important to your case, you will have an opportunity at the end of the hearing to cover any areas that you think have been missed.
If your carer is going to act as a witness then make sure you understand what they are going to say.
