Can anyone tell me how long this is taking to be processed at present? My completed form went in on the 13th April this year but so far I have heard absolutely nothing since checking that the form had been received. It is becoming extremely stressful as I think five months is an excessive length of time for anyone to await a response. Is this common practice?
