pip face to face regarding walking

Hi just had pip f2f today. I use access to work taxis to and from work Hp asked so you get picked up at home and left outside work 5 days per week as i am a part time music teacher suggesting i dont have to walk far. Then she said to me that the DM would need a better insight as to how far i could walk ie time and distance she then looked out my living room window and said lets say you could walk to the green area at the side of my house which is 50 meters away how long would it take you . we agreed 2 mins,so she said so 4 mins there and back i said yes but this would not happen only at maybe a weekend if i did go out for fresh air . What i would like to know to walk 100 meters in 4 mins once a week does this suggest my walking at 25 meters per min
