Do I have to attend a face to face assessment if I have dementia because although
I can talk I would find it impossible to answer rafts of questions. Kind regards
Iris

There is no automatic exemption from a face to face assessment, you would need your GP to write to Maximus, the current Assessment Provider for ESA, explaining your problems and why a F2F would be inappropriate.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
