I was on incapacity benefit it is contributions related, support group when I am migrated to Universal credit will I have to reapply for my benefit? I know nothing about universal credit.
I had a letter yesterday to ask if I had £16000+ saving in 2012 to qualify for back payment for my esa due to the DWP cock up we recently heard about. Does this back payment they owe people also apply to people who were on income support at that time or just incapacity claimants?
