Received the esa3 form recently, filled it out and sent it off, the dwp have contacted me as my wife works part time 10 hours a week and has done for the same employer since 1997 , as I was transferred from incapacity benefit to cb esa -support group . I have been getting pip since 2015 and my wife gets carers allowance ,If I am entitled to the income related top-up ,and the enchanced disability premium , would this move my cb esa -support group over to the income related esa ,therefore forcing us on to Universal Credit. Any advice would be much appreciated .
