Legal AId for Medical Reports? was created by ostia
I read somewhere that in some cases disability claimants were eligible to apply for Legal Aid for the cost of obtaining GP or other vital medical reports if they really had no resources at all to pay for them. Is this true?
I have been very fortunate in that my GP does not charge me for my ESA reports but I have heard many people say that they are charged anywhere between £10-70.
Do you know if they could apply for Legal Aid for this especially in the case of an upcoming Appeal?
Thanks and kind regards

Legal Aid for Social Security benefits hasn't been available for anything lower than an Upper Tier Appeal for some time.
