just had phone call to arrange home visit for esa3

im in the SG on contribution based ESA after migration from CB IB.

I had received these letters in regards to the IR element and check, but it said on all these letters if you have a working partner I can ignore the letter.

now I just had a phone call from the DWP wanting to come round to fill out and ESA 3 form and im confused and quite concerned

do I have to fill in this form, nothing has changed since my last ESA 50 was sent back in august 2017 both medically or personally. in fact nothing has changed that would qualify me for IR or anything since my initial IB application.

could this be to remove any entitlement?

This is only about your eligibility for an ESA(IR) top-up to your current ESA(CB) payments it is not a review of your current ESA award.

Your partner needs to be working for 24 or more hours a week and needs to have done so since you were transferred to ESA for you not to be eligible.

If you are certain that you do qualify then contact the DWP and explain why you are not eligible for any ESA(IR) top-up and that they should cancel the appointment.

just got off the phone after someone else suggested to also call the DWP directly and not the local people, as you said they did this over the phone and closed the IR element check and emailed the local branch to cancel the meeting

to say im relieved is an understatement, im on ESA for social phobia!
