2nd mandatory reconsideration for PIP was created by debslosjoe
Just to give anyone else a bit of hope. My points were lowered on review despite being diagnosed with several new health conditions.
My mandatory reconsideration wasn't even read. I sent in extra evidence which they ignored but I rang them twice and asked them to look at it again.
They've changed me back up to enhanced for both so don't give up. Keep trying.

I didn't know you could do that? I thought a mandatory reconsideration was a one-time offer, the next step has to be appeal?

You can sometimes get the DWP to do a second MR but you will need leverage to make it happen, for example; they have clearly ignored or not waited for medical evidence that you have subitted as part of the MR.
