Hi I am currently on PIP and ESA support group. I was last assessed in January 2018. Please can you tell me is everyone changing to UC and is UC means tested? My husband works full time, so will my benefits be stopped.
No one is being moved to UC at the moment unless they need to make a new claim for it and are able to, however, if your husband is working full time then you are not currently receiving any Income Related benefits and therefore will not actually be transferred to UC when the migration does begin.
