Hello I am new to all this due to very serious lorry crash. I filled the form out wrong, put can walk up to 50 metres and I can't can only walk up to 20 metres.already appealed and been awarded the lower rate, is it worth going to a tribunal. Thank you in advance. Kev
In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ
Only you can make the Decision to appeal or not. Your post suggests that you were not awarded Mobility on the original Decision and this was only changed at MR. This suggests that your original arguments were weak so can you reasonably show that you cannot reliably walk more than 20m on the majority of days?
