Hi - anyone have any advice on whether to contact DWP as I sent my husband’s MR on 20 November 2018 and have heard nothing. I don’t want to irritate them by asking for a response but on the other hand - I do feel it’s a long time to wait - TIA

Hi Susan
Depending on the area of the country people can wait many months for a response.
One of the things I do always recommend is to contact DWP at least a week after you post a letter or claim to ensure they have received it

But I know waiting for a response is intolerable

Thank you - I’m in Dartford Kent - DWP texted to say they received the MR before Christmas - thank you
