ESA50 Return Envelope was created by Ultravox
Hi Gordon,
I'm preparing for my ESA re-assessment and have been photocopying my Medical Evidence going back about two and a half years and placed them in date order(most recent first) and have quite a "wad" of paperwork including the ESA50 form. I'm not joking when I ask, providing I can get it in the envelope provided is there a weight limit the Post Office will deliver in the envelope?(bit worried they might not deliver!)

Hi rob,
I did the same as you, I had a big pile of medical note, consultant notes, GP notes & I put everything in date order, used different coloured stick ups for different medical conditions, dated & signed them all with my NI number put them in the envelope together with the form, sealed it with sellotape & took it to post office & sent it off by recorded delivery tracked, because I didn’t want them saying they hadn’t Recieved my evidence, hope all goes well for you ,
