I am my sons main carer and appointee - I do not feel any important information that my son missed out, and I have given input about, has been taken into consideration, at the assessment and on the application form, I feel that it has all been ignored. Should that be the case?
The assessor and the DM are entitled to draw their own conclusions from the evidence but so are the Tribunal panel, don't assume they will take the same view as the DWP, that's why more than 70% of PIP appeals are won by the claimant.
