In principle, yes but I need more information to provide specific advice, for example; what benefit is it?

Hello Gordon,
Sorry it’s for pip. I’ve been awareded enhanced for mobility and standard for care.
I’m to exhausted to fight the descion. He has claimed for instance I told her I read books and magazines when I absolutely don’t. She has been untruthful but you can’t appeal on that basis can you? There is a lot of other things that she is being misleading about such as she believes I can cook and prepare a meal. I don’t my dad does of family. She claims I could plan a route, follow signs etc again I can’t.
I don’t think it’s in my best interstates to appeal, I’ve read guidelines and others posts and I realise I can have both components withdrawn completely.
I’m most stressed out about it potentially effecting the esa award I’ve only recently been given, its the one where they don’t expect me to train or look for work, I don’t think I’d be allowed to take my dad if the decision was revoked. If I was placed in a challenging situation I could dissociate which I do under threat real or imagined. I also stutter when I feel stressed which is what happened during the assessment. She hasn’t acknowledged or recorded any of these things although my dad wrote them in the form.
I realise I’ve written two threads it’s because I thought I hadn’t presssed the send button or I hadn’t done it right but then read moderators have to read the post before it’s put up. Sorry.
Thanks
