Assessor has lied! was created by HoggitSloth
Due to my PIP assessment in which I only scored 6 points I went to Tribunal. Best thing I could ever have done. I was awarded Enhanced Daily Living and Standard Mobility for an "indefinite" period in December 2015 stating that "my health conditions are long- standing and chronic in nature". Forward to September 2018, they want to review my award (the assessor's prognosis /review suggested 3 years). So after another flawed /inaccurate assessment ( having read the consultation report) the Decision Maker's "verdict"...…."to reduce the Enhanced Daily Living to Standard rate, and the Mobility stays the same at standard rate" finishing with "award me PIP for a longer period"
What??? I already had an "Indefinite" award or as the DWP put it "on-going".
I've already decided to go to Tribunal again. And what was the advice given in the consultation report to the DWP..."to review in 1 year".

I've moved your post to its own topic, we ask members not to post their questions in other member's topics as it can lead to the wrong advice being given or taken.

You will need to go back to basics and explain in detail how you meet the Descriptors for an Enhanced award, you can use the Tribunal result as evidence and anything else that you submitted to the hearing.
