Hello Im trying to find out when I will be awarded my back payments ref originally being awarded only 10 points - instead of 12 for the Mobility Component of PIP ... ' unable to make a familiar journey alone due to psychological distess' I have tried calling the 'helpline' and I just keep being told " they're working through all those eligible" ... Just wondered if you may have any news / feedback on this please ? Regards JJJules
