Hi, I had my initial interview at job centre, lady told me I'm claiming the the new style contributions based ESA. I received the assessment form, I'm not sure how to answer the questions as I have Fibromyalgia, and it fluctuates from such severe pain and fatigue that I'm bedbound, or I can function on days when pain and stiffness is more moderate, but still tire easily. I'm also on constant pain meds to get through the day. I never sleep well as hip, shoulder leg pain, and dead arms mean I often wake exhausted. I went from full time to part time in dementia care until 3 months ago when I just could not cope any more. (I'm 62) I feel that they need a specific answer but with a fluctuating condition how do I answer effectively?
